I went up there at 8am on a Saturday to get an oil change. The girl at the front counter was going to schedule me for a 2 pm appointment and the owner Mike was sitting at the counter as well and said “ WoWoWo wait a minute. You can call me at 2 to see if I can get you in”. I ended up not calling back that day. I was A little taken back by his attitude. So now a week later, I’m calling to try and set up an appointment and whoever is working the desk keeps picking up and hanging up. I guess they have too much business and can’t keep up.

That morning was crazy, I understand your frustration. I would have hated to have said come in at 2 PM and not able to get you in until 3 PM . That's why I asked to call back. I asked if you called back later, because we did get caught up at about 2:30 or so. I have customers call quite often , because they want to wait and it is difficult to over promise and then it would be they made an appointment and was 1 hour late to get it in. I apologize for the WOO - WOO - I was trying to only have you come in and get you in and out as efficiently as possible. The phone thing. We have an issue with line 3, so it keeps hanging up on calls. Comcast is supposed to come out on Friday to hopefully repair. Sorry for the issues. I understand and would be frustrated too. Mike
